Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for students and visitors, responding to inquiries and providing information on college policies and procedures.
  • Registration and Records: Accurately process course adds, drops, cancellations, and reinstatements, as well as maintain accurate records of student enrollment and academic history.
  • Clerical and Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Technical Skills: Possess intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be able to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
