Estimated Salary: $22-$32 per hour, up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions.
  • Developing a keen understanding of client needs and identifying best talent through proactive outreach and screening.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and proprietary database.
  • Conducting daily candidate interviews via phone and video to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Sales & Client Relationship Development:
  • Shadowing Business Solutions Consultants as they build relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Learning cold-calling, prospecting, and setting up client meetings.
Ongoing Learning & Development:
  • Engaging in weekly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with senior consultants or current interns.
  • Presenting weekly achievements and learnings to the team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Taking ownership of internship experience by seeking out new challenges, responsibility, and opportunities to grow.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled student at an accredited institution or recent grad.
  • Strong interest in business, analytics, finance, HR, recruitment, sales, or related fields.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and basic math and analytics.
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques, client relationship management, and business development conversations.
