Job Description

Tier One Services, Inc is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining client relationships to ensure we continue to provide exceptional staffing solutions across multiple industries.

About the Job

Your primary duties will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals, identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales leads across diverse industries, and cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and continued business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales leads across diverse industries, while understanding client needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and continued business.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, door-to-door sales, and marketing efforts to generate new leads and build a solid client pipeline.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage with potential clients, pitch our services, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze your sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to schedule appointments, create campaigns, and implement strategies that drive sales.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including lead information, meeting notes, and sales progress.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about staffing industry trends and competitors to position Tier One's services effectively in the market.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, staffing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build rapport, and close deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the staffing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Drive & Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for in-person meetings with potential clients.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive Pay: Estimated annual salary $60,000 - $80,000 + Commissions & Bonuses.
