About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include starting at $21/hr pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, health insurance, PTO, and travel time reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Federal and state employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment and scheduling experience in the healthcare or home care industry.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and development, HR analytics, and utilizing HR software systems to streamline processes.

A backup scheduler role also involves developing relationships with clients and employees, supporting all programs as part of the BrightStar Care standards, and maintaining exceptional client standards.
