Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Technician to join our team in Boston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and EPA certifications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of property management maintenance experience
  • Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment
