Leasing Property Manager

Forest Properties Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at our Fenway property in Boston, MA. As the primary point of contact, this role will provide exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, residents, and associated agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of the leasing cycle, including advertising vacancies, processing rental applications, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
- Provide customer-facing support, including in-person tours, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Regularly inspect the property to identify and report maintenance issues.
- Field resident work order requests and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate policies, rules, and regulations to residents, maintenance staff, and vendors.
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
- Able to work Saturdays.
