Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Property Manager to join our team at CHARLESGATE. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and residents, while also contributing to the overall performance of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage owner maintenance requests and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of work orders and projects.
  • Communicate proactively with residents to provide updates and recommendations to prevent problems and ensure excellent service.
  • Schedule and negotiate with vendors to provide proposals for repairs and improvements.
  • Conduct regular building walk-throughs to ensure properties are well-maintained and communicate with trustees/owners on issues and ideas for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot building issues and manage vendors or staff to resolve problems.
  • Supervise vendors and staff on site as needed.
  • Assist with reserve fund or capital improvement projects and long-term planning with trustees/owners.
  • Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a residential property manager or portfolio manager.
