Your Impact
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with private equity firm leaders and C-Suite portfolio company clients

Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in private equity and deal lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance, 11+ years of experience working within the PE ecosystem, both at the fund level and with portfolio companies. At least 3 years of recent client-facing experience in a professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of helping private equity firms and/or portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle
  • Experience serving private equity firms or portfolio companies in at least three of the following areas: due diligence and synergy assessments, merger integration, divestiture/carveout planning and execution, target operating models and business transformation/optimization, financial due diligence, modeling and FP&A, developing management reporting and Board reporting
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales/GTM, Human Resources/Human Capital
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business and achieve revenue growth goals
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience managing multiple teams of 4-8 people to deliver complex engagements under high pressure situations, supporting the career development and success of junior staff

Flexibility to travel at least 25%.
