Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and expertise with MS Office tool suite
  • Tableau and Power BI proficiency
  • Experience analyzing and compiling raw data for federal EEO reporting requirements
Desired:
  • Experience performing workforce analytics
  • Experience conducting workforce planning and/or workforce mobility tracking
  • Process automation skills
  • Familiarity with federal agency budget-making processes
  • Familiarity with database design and engineering
  • Human resources information system proficiency
