The Regional Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Arcadia Care team, responsible for providing HR support to facilities throughout the region. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation on various human resources matters, including staffing, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Act as an advisor/coach, providing HR expertise and guidance on HR-related matters, including coaching, counseling, career development, resource planning, and succession planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations and escalating to senior HR leaders as needed.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with HR leadership and employees to improve work relationships, create a positive culture, and promote retention.
- Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and disciplinary matters, including separations for cause and reduction in force.
- Identify training needs for the business, participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, and ensure training objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a comparable combination of education and human resources-related experience.
- 3-7 years of previous human resources experience solving complex human resources matters.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, with a focus on employee relations, staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
- High level of computer skills, with proficiency in MS Suite of products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and interpret results to create effective solutions.
