Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Planner to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop, and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Lead one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop, and recommend HR solutions.
  • Mentor and supervise team members, as needed.
  • Design, deploy, evaluate, and refresh organizational workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning initiatives and activities.
  • Perform data analysis and leverage best practices to create reports and visuals that clearly convey trends and implications to the report's specific audience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and workforce development.
  • Experience assessing, formulating, and synthesizing key outcomes based on quantitative and qualitative analytic reviews, and developing recommendations for actionable next steps.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing workforce development programs within the DoD.
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Secret clearance.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
