Responsibilities- Provide superior clinical care to patients and their families, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Document patient information and services provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
