Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled BSW Clinician to join our team as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. In this role, you will provide crisis-oriented triage, assessment, and interventions to individuals and families in need. As a member of our Mobile Response Team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals and families, including telephone consultations, screenings, and triage.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address mental health concerns and prevent future crises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field.
- Appropriate social work licensure (LSW) required.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in crisis intervention settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
