Job Summary

The Internet Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Lennar sales team, responsible for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide community information to prospective buyers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the company's product offerings and community features.
  • Participate in sales events, both on and off site, to engage with customers and promote the company's products.
  • Attend company sales meetings, phone banks, and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest sales strategies and product information.
  • Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for customers to visit the company's websites and schedule appointments.
  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes, resulting in scheduled appointments.
  • Meet weekly minimum appointment targets, as determined by the division, to achieve minimum sales performance goals.
  • Communicate accurate and pertinent information to the National Home Company (NHC) relative to appointments and properly document in Siebel or approved Lennar system.
  • Respond to correspondence regarding schedule changes or cancellations in a timely and professional manner, documenting accordingly.
  • Create a positive experience for internet customers through the use of email, online live chat, and division 1-800 numbers.
  • Manage an internet customer database, including interest lists and VIP interest lists.
  • Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests, with a targeted goal of five-minute turnaround for initial inquiry.
  • Educate internet customers on current and future community and product offerings, as well as incentive opportunities.
  • Follow up with internet customers per the follow-up program outlined by the division.
  • Utilize corporate and division-provided tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities via Siebel or approved Lennar system.
  • Maintain a competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings, as well as incentive opportunities, at all times.
  • Coordinate sales department efforts to improve collection of email contact information as part of customer registration process.
  • Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations, and virtual tours on Lennar-affiliated websites.
  • Compile market research on competitive web marketing programs to enhance web marketing and e-lead generation.
  • Make outbound calls daily, with a weekly minimum target based on a 40-hour workweek, provided by the division, to prospects who have had no documented follow-up in Siebel in the previous 60-day period.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in internet consumer experience and/or internet exposure.
  • Minimum high school or GED required, some college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Real estate license required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
