  • Support campaign setup, management, and reporting for the sales team
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, agency partners, and outside vendors
  • Track and report on media asset performance and perform related administrative activities
  • Maintain a sustainable digital e-records management system
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administration or coordinator position
  • Experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Media Encoder, and Photo Shop
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
