  • Provide exceptional customer service to internet-generated leads, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.
  • Real Estate License required.
