Position Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our proposal generation efforts by managing marketing materials and crafting tailored content to align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contributor within the office, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Tailor Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals, ensuring inclusion of relevant graphics and meticulous writing and editing.
- Collect and input data related to pursuits and activities into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, while promoting its advantages to office teams.
- Generate insightful business intelligence reports utilizing CRM, Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI), ProjectXchange (PxT), and other internal marketing platforms.
- Identify and monitor proposal opportunities through various channels, including lead retrieval sites and Capital Improvement Programs (CIP).
- Develop localized and regional marketing materials.
- Prepare content for interviews and presentations.
- Engage in relevant professional organizations, events, and workshops to enhance networking and knowledge.
- Collaborate with office leadership to formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the office and region.
- Support a diverse marketing mix, including pursuit and proposal development, digital marketing initiatives, and brand promotion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards across all projects, participating in pre-task planning and reporting any safety concerns to management.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and communications. Alternatively, 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign).
- Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and work styles.
- Strong comprehension of the go/no-go decision-making process.
- Active participation in industry workshops and events is encouraged.

Preferred Certification:
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)
