**Digital Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Warren Recc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Lead our email marketing platform with best practices, ensuring high-quality content and effective communication with our target audience.
  • Digital Advertising: Execute our digital ad strategy across Meta, X (formerly Twitter), and OTT services, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Segmentation and Reporting: Build and report segmentation for our core audiences: donors, students, and activists, providing actionable insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media Strategy: Execute and plan our social media strategy across lucrative platforms to reach our target audience, building a strong brand presence and engaging with our community.
  • Market Research: Work with our tech team to conduct market research, identifying consumer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on performance toplines to major stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Website Maintenance: Own YAL's website maintenance and design, as well as troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Expert experience with marketing automation tools and software, including email marketing platforms and social media advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external partners.
  • Brand Management: Capability to maintain and enhance brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Marketing Principles: Solid understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing, especially direct response marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to stay competitive.
  • Brand Ownership: Understanding and ownership of YAL's brand and its programs.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends through ongoing learning and professional development initiatives.
