About the Role

Villa St Francis is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer. As the chief executive of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to position Villa St Francis at the forefront of older adult services in the Milwaukee area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-range plans in collaboration with the local Board of Directors and the Senior Vice President of Senior Living and Healthcare for Felician Services, Inc.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the values, expectations, and goals of Villa St Francis, while promoting financial stability and viability.
  • Lead the leadership team and ensure the efficient, professional, and financially sound operation of the ministry, adhering to all applicable state and local licensing requirements.
  • Enhance existing ties with the greater Milwaukee community and expand philanthropic initiatives to support the sustainability of the campus.
  • Oversee the annual preparation and ongoing monitoring of a $4.4 million operational budget.
  • Play a key role in community/public relations and identify opportunities for collaboration within the community.
  • Develop and mentor a cohesive executive leadership team to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
  • Appropriate undergraduate degree in Health Administration, Human Services, Liberal Arts, or a related business field.
  • Graduate degree in gerontology, health administration, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commensurate leadership experience, preferably in a similar-sized senior living organization.
  • Pro-active, assertive, and persuasive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity to foster trust and credibility.
  • Financial acumen and ability to stay abreast of the ever-changing reimbursement landscape in Wisconsin.
