Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our office staff, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
  • Organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed
  • Write and edit reports, emails, memos, and letters, and ensure their timely distribution
  • Contribute to company reports and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain an organized filing system and develop procedures for efficient document management
  • Develop, update, and implement relevant office procedures

Requirements:

  • A degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
