About the Position:

This role involves working on the Telemetry unit at Wayne location, where you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient outcomes. You will also be involved in developing and implementing nursing care plans, and contributing to the overall success of our Department of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating patient care activities and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Developing and implementing nursing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluating patient progress against established goals.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
  • Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey.
  • Successful completion of department specific orientation and department specific certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) within one year of hire.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
