Beautynova Americas, a leading manufacturer of professional hair care products, is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. Based in the US, this role will play a crucial part in developing accurate demand forecasts to support inventory management and supply chain efficiency.

Job Summary:

The Demand Planner will optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning supply with projected demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and input from Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with business goals and marketing plans.
  • Facilitate consensus meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive forecast agreement.
  • Regularly communicate with customers and external stakeholders about forecast performance and potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP solutions.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
