Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Emergent Call Center Specialist to join our team at AMR Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, collecting information from callers, and determining their needs. You will also be required to implement and demonstrate compliance with AMR Dispatching triage procedures on applicable calls as a standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all non-emergent EMS calls for service while collecting important information from callers and determining their needs.
  • Understand and implement AMR Dispatching triage procedures on all applicable calls.
  • Speak effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with internal or external customers.
