RCO Call Center Performance Analyst

The RCO Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for evaluating the quality and resolution success of inbound and outbound calls, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate call recordings using a checklist and scoring model

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
