Call Center Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage a team of customer service representatives in a remote work environment. This role offers competitive compensation, including an estimated $20-21/hour, and the opportunity to build a successful career with our company.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing high-volume incoming calls, and the ability to analyze and display call center data and statistics. They should also be able to plan, prioritize, and distribute workflow activities to ensure smooth department operations.
In addition to leading a team, this role involves coaching representatives through challenging calls, motivating and counseling reps, and tracking success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). The Call Center Team Lead will also be responsible for conducting one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations, as well as collaborating with other leaders to boost overall client success rates.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Experience leading a team of at least ten people
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics and experience teaching teams to meet KPI objectives
- Excellent customer service skills and the capacity to coach to client requirements
- Time management abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windows OS, and CRM software
