Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination documentation upon hire.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification as required.
- Successful completion of all required training programs.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts.
- Proficient in operating telephone systems, emergency call systems, monitoring boards, photocopiers, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests receive unparalleled service within our luxury community.

This position is centered around creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while serving as the primary contact for all service requests.

  • First Impressions Matter:
    Greet every resident and guest with warmth and professionalism.
  • Exceptional Hospitality:
    Handle all interactions with the utmost level of care and courtesy.
  • Local Expertise:
    Familiarize yourself with local businesses and attractions to provide personalized recommendations and directions.
  • Property Maintenance:
    Assist in maintaining the appearance of common areas, including the entrance, lobby, and restrooms.
  • Service Request Management:
    Act as the point of contact for all resident requests, ensuring timely documentation and fulfillment through hospitality software.
  • Proactive Initiative:
    Respond promptly to various needs and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Mail and Package Handling:
    Receive, document, and deliver mail, packages, and personal items.
  • Community Knowledge:
    Stay informed about community operations, services, amenities, and programming.
  • Transportation Coordination:
    Assist in managing the community's transportation schedule and support residents with their travel needs.
  • Team Communication:
    Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a five-star service experience.
  • Additional Duties:
    May perform other tasks as assigned.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $23.50/hr - $27.03/hr, based on prior experience and work history.
