Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury properties, ensuring seamless integration of exquisite design, impeccable amenities, and personalized service tailored to the unique desires of our discerning residents.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests, handling complaints expeditiously, diplomatically, and professionally.
  • Collect and post all resident rent payments, manage accounts receivable, and maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager in the multifamily industry.
  • Up to 5 years of proven successful experience in property management.
  • Results-oriented leader with genuine care and concern for team, vendors, and residents.
  • Commitment to exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease among team, residents, and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
