Responsibilities

The Concierge plays a vital role in delivering five-star service to residents and guests within our luxury community. This position is essential in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere while serving as the primary contact for all service inquiries.

Create a Welcoming Environment

  • Greet every resident and guest with warmth and hospitality.
  • Handle all interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Familiarize yourself with local attractions and businesses to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of communal areas, including the entrance and lobby.

Manage Community Service Requests

  • Act as the main point of contact for resident requests, ensuring all tasks are logged and addressed promptly.
  • Proactively respond to various needs and requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Receive and manage deliveries, including mail and packages.
  • Possess knowledge of community operations, services, and amenities.
  • Assist in coordinating transportation schedules for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to uphold a high standard of service.
  • May operate a company vehicle for resident transportation when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; one to three years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination upon hire.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
  • Completion of all Atria training programs is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency is required.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Proficient in operating telecommunication and office equipment.
