Key Responsibilities

The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests receive unparalleled service within our luxury community. This position is focused on cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere while acting as the primary contact for all service inquiries.

Creating a Welcoming Environment

  • Greet every resident and guest with warmth and hospitality.
  • Handle all interactions with the utmost professionalism and care.
  • Develop familiarity with local attractions and businesses to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist in maintaining the property’s appearance, particularly in common areas.

Managing Service Requests

  • Act as the main point of contact for resident requests, ensuring all tasks are logged and addressed promptly.
  • Demonstrate initiative in responding to various needs and requests.
  • Escalate issues to management or relevant team members as necessary.
  • Receive and manage deliveries, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain knowledge of community operations, services, and amenities.
  • Support the coordination of transportation schedules for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • May operate a company vehicle for transportation needs as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; one to three years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination upon hire.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
  • Completion of all required training programs is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer and technology skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
