WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A LUXURY PROPERTY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Property Management:
Ensure that the residential community upholds the highest standards of quality. Supervise our Concierge team, service protocols, and safety measures to guarantee a well-maintained and secure environment for residents. Assist the General Manager with indirect oversight of the Management Office team and Maintenance team.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead a team of committed professionals, cultivating a positive work atmosphere that promotes growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Provide direction and support, ensuring alignment with the vision of delivering outstanding resident service.Resident Engagement:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with residents, actively addressing their needs and concerns.
Act as a reliable point of contact, promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.
Client Service:
Conduct introductory calls with all prospective residents prior to their move-in and arrange face-to-face meetings with new residents to ensure quality control and confirm satisfaction with the services provided.
Communication:
Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all resident requests. Address all resident complaints swiftly, diplomatically, and professionally. Provide resolutions to resident issues and maintain ongoing resident relations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain accurate documentation for all site administration, including lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepare and process necessary written communications, such as memos, letters, and incident reports.
Financial Management:
Collect and record all resident rent payments and oversee the accounts receivable process. Review, approve, and submit purchase orders while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
COMPENSATION
$80,000 - $90,000 / year
With an annual bonus linked to performance.
Qualifications:

You possess 1-3 years of prior experience as a Luxury Property Operations Coordinator or Assistant General Manager, with a total of 5 years in the multifamily sector.
You are a results-driven leader who genuinely cares for your team, vendors, and residents.
You are dedicated to the mission of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service to enhance real estate value.
You are proficient in utilizing technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software, and social media.
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport effortlessly with our team, residents, and vendors.
You approach every task with diligence, determination, and resilience.
You advocate for inclusivity, empowering individuals to be their best selves both at work and at home.
