GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Luxury Beauty Consultant (LBC) plays a pivotal role in driving sales within the luxury segment, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their unique preferences and guiding them in selecting and purchasing high-end products, all while adhering to company policies and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales Performance:
    Achieve or surpass store objectives related to retail and service sales, customer loyalty, and omni-channel sales, particularly focusing on luxury brands.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing their experience, and informing them about current promotions and events.
  3. Product Expertise:
    Conduct makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  4. Event Coordination:
    Schedule appointments and assist in executing in-store events that deliver an unparalleled customer experience while achieving luxury sales targets.
  5. Industry Knowledge:
    Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and services in the beauty industry to better assist customers.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    Foster an inclusive environment that supports colleagues and enhances the overall customer experience.
  7. Operational Excellence:
    Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong passion for luxury beauty products and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Effective communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequent mobility throughout the store, standing, bending, and lifting may be required during shifts. This role may involve flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
