Position Overview:

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital member of our proactive Human Resources team.

This role is crucial in discovering and securing exceptional talent to join our esteemed organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of sourcing and recruiting candidates for various departments and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and evaluate candidates applying through our recruitment platform; assess applications, resumes, and credentials to ensure alignment with position requirements.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone or video to determine qualifications and present suitable candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing of passive candidates, employing innovative strategies to attract the right talent for the right roles.
  • Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective recruitment strategies that align with their specific needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and track the status of open positions, suggesting alternative sourcing methods when necessary.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to promote our organization and attract potential candidates.
  • Approach all tasks with a strong customer service orientation, recognizing the HR department as a supportive service provider within the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and sourcing is essential; experience in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and various levels of leadership.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other online candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a positive and professional demeanor.
