Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process through various pre- and post-employment activities. This position is integral to facilitating a range of logistical and recruitment functions across our Northeast operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in all staffing-related initiatives and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
  • Organize and participate in off-site recruitment events while fostering relationships both internally and externally.
  • Identify, recruit, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various roles including field sales, management, solar installations, and operational positions across multiple states.
  • Travel as necessary throughout the eastern region for interviews, career fairs, recruitment events, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as directed by the Human Resources Manager.

  • Over 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of recruiting across all organizational levels from entry-level to corporate roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in collaborative projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Skilled in conducting internet research.
  • Experience in general HR functions is advantageous.
