Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Outcome Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for driving strategic business outcomes for our large enterprise customers.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and orchestrating teams within Ping to ensure overall understanding of strategic business goals. You'll engage with customer executives and other influential team members to track and measure the impact of Ping solutions on the customer.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Professional Services to improve the customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and managing plans of action, working with internal and external teams to resolve issues, and preparing and presenting success plans and executive business reviews.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of customer-facing enterprise software experience in a customer success, sales, account management, or project management role. You'll need to have experience navigating complex enterprise IT environments, delivering software adoption best practices, and working with executives internally and externally.
