The Customer Success Manager role at ExtractionTek Stainless is a pivotal position in our Sales & Marketing team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will work closely with our Sales Account Executives to build and maintain long-term relationships. Your liaison role will involve communicating with various departments within our company to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Account Executives in generating, monitoring, and closing potential sales leads
  • Process sales orders and provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager
  • Manage customer communication, scheduling, and documentation
  • Organize and schedule meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting periodic quotas
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, NetSuite, and Pipedrive
  • Ability to pass an E-Verify background check and authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NetSuite, Pipedrive, and GSuite
  • Customer Success Manager/Account Management experience within the Cannabis Industry
  • Technical knowledge of hydrocarbon extraction, post-processing equipment, and cannabis-related facility requirements
Work Environment

This is a dedicated, full-time position with standard hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role will involve working from the office 1-3 days a week and having a dedicated, professional area to work remotely.

  • Level/Salary Range: $45,000.00/yr
  • Bonus/Commission: Customer Success Manager Commission Plan (OTE: $60,000/yr)
