Customer Success at Forter
Forter's Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of our technology. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key member of this team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying and addressing their needs, and providing expert guidance and support to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide ongoing training and enablement to ensure clients are getting the most out of our technology
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client pain points and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are achieving their goals and provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate complex business challenges
Requirements
- 3-4 years of post-live, client-facing Customer Success experience
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
