Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role requires a combination of exceptional people skills, operational excellence, and a passion for results. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers in the North America region, ensuring the success of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers within new customer onboarding and success management programs
- Orchestrate overall relationships with assigned customers, growing adoption, ensuring retention, and happiness
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives, partner with them to build joint success plans
- Work with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals to aid in realizing value with our solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, establishing relationships wide and high throughout the organization
- Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls and quarterly health checks
- Measure and monitor customer health, product usage, support issues, and user feedback
- Work closely with the Accuris Account Team to find opportunities for new usage of our solutions
- Coordinate and deliver customer training to educate and impact user workflows
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or customer care at a B2B environment
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Possess a high level of empathy and patience, working with a range of people worldwide
- Experience in building long-term strategic relationships
- Strong presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication
- Demonstrate proven skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identify resolution options
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
