Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role requires a combination of exceptional people skills, operational excellence, and a passion for results. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers in the North America region, ensuring the success of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support customers within new customer onboarding and success management programs
  2. Orchestrate overall relationships with assigned customers, growing adoption, ensuring retention, and happiness
  3. Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives, partner with them to build joint success plans
  4. Work with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals to aid in realizing value with our solutions
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, establishing relationships wide and high throughout the organization
  6. Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls and quarterly health checks
  7. Measure and monitor customer health, product usage, support issues, and user feedback
  8. Work closely with the Accuris Account Team to find opportunities for new usage of our solutions
  9. Coordinate and deliver customer training to educate and impact user workflows
  10. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or customer care at a B2B environment
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Possess a high level of empathy and patience, working with a range of people worldwide
  • Experience in building long-term strategic relationships
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication
  • Demonstrate proven skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identify resolution options
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
