Area Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various locations within a designated operational area. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Ricoh team, working closely with management to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area
- Assist management with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation to ensure field compliance with operational best practices
- Support the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
- Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers
- Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and share best practices throughout the geographical area
- Perform daily visual inspections of site services and Ricoh and customer compliance to safety standards
- Provide feedback on site experiences to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes
- May require standing in for absences or vacations of onsite resources, including site management
- Provide, execute, and support all aspects of services, including traveling to and from various accounts
- Create and maintain a customer-focused environment
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback
- Escalate customer issues to management and support resolution to completion
- Communicate effectively and respond quickly to customer and end-user communication
- Collect data and be knowledgeable of tools and methods used for the completion of the Monthly Operations Review
Requirements:
- High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience
- Post-high school education encouraged and preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive, productive relationships with coworkers
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility, high motivation, and sense of urgency
- Basic math skills and judgment in making sound, justifiable decisions
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and output standards
- Commitment to task and excellent oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of account services to facilitate job scheduling
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions from customers and effectively translate to site resources
- Ability to resolve customer-related issues and troubleshoot problem resolution
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft and computers
Working Conditions:
- Typically an office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
- Work assignments are diversified, and individuals must interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction
- Some physical effort is required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
