- Collaborate with the controller to ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the long-term financial success of properties in your region.
- Manage budgets for capital improvements and renovations.
- Support property managers in identifying and executing improvement initiatives.
- Enhance resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service and owner relations.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities to align with broader company objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Uphold company policies and comply with Fair Housing and other legal standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in regional management.
- A proven track record of success and high performance.
- Strong expectations for personal and team performance.
- Demonstrated skills in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Professional representation of the company.
- Current knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations.
