By removing the complexities and costs associated with traditional framing through our technology-driven platform, we have brought the joy of preserving stories and moments to a new audience.

Customers can easily place orders online, upload their artwork, or send it in using our prepaid packaging, and choose from a carefully curated selection of stylish frame options.

We custom frame and ship our products directly to customers in just a few days, ready for display.

We are thrilled to expand our physical retail locations to better serve our current clientele and introduce Framebridge to new customers.


Key Responsibilities:
Establish a benchmark for delivering outstanding customer service and embodying the Framebridge brand in our retail locations.
Assist in the onboarding and training of exceptional retail associates.
Implement and enhance operational procedures in our retail spaces to ensure customer satisfaction and financial objectives are achieved.
Utilize strong listening, verbal, and communication skills to foster relationships with customers and mentor retail associates.
Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and design guidance to customers while training retail associates to do the same.
Address inquiries and resolve issues with sound judgment.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance our retail experience.
Perform any necessary tasks to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an assistant manager or key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment.
A charismatic personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a history of achieving positive business outcomes.
Passion for design and enthusiasm for working in a creative setting.
Quick and eager to learn new tools, technologies, products, and processes.
Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in art, design, marketing, or related fields.
