Dental Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Administrator to join our team at DAB Dental PLLC.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
- Present treatment plans to patients, discussing financial arrangements and ensuring patient understanding.
- Coordinate insurance benefits, submit claims, and post Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with discretion according to HIPAA laws.
- Assist with project coordination and track progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in a dental setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of dental management software, preferably Open Dental.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
