About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Crossroads Orthopedics. As an Orthopedic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, consulting surgeons in the operating room, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Crossroads Orthopedics by providing daily support to our surgeon-customers and their staff in the operating room.
  • Develop and deliver on sales strategies to meet defined objectives for a specific territory.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.
  • Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
  • Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Requirements
  • Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare field and/or in competitive b2b sales.
  • Must be comfortable in an operating room environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to follow up in a timely manner.
  • Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements.
