Residential Sales Consultant

The Residential Sales Representative role at ONiT Painting involves completing in-home estimates with customers, utilizing a consultative approach to identify the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and estimating processes from company-provided leads.
- Build key relationships with like businesses and realtors.
- Complete painting estimates for residential and small to medium-sized commercial projects.
- Build proposals and make compelling presentations to customers.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Manage a sales pipeline.
- Effectively follow up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints, and other communication.
- Keep appointments with customers.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Military experience.
- Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter.
- Must pass a background check and insurability evaluation.
