Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00, based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time with Comprehensive Benefits (medical, life, dental, vision, and 401K)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Envita Medical Center, located in the vibrant area of North Scottsdale, is a distinguished clinic specializing in oncology and chronic disease management through integrative care. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional for the role of Patient Care Coordination Specialist (PCCS).

The PCCS serves as a vital link between patients, their healthcare providers, and care coordinators. You will play a crucial role in organizing and overseeing a patient's treatment plan while ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Delivering exceptional customer service is paramount, as patients depend on your support to resolve any issues related to their care. This position requires a high degree of emotional intelligence to connect with patients and help them maintain resilience during challenging medical circumstances. We are looking for motivated and professional candidates, ideally with experience in a supportive role such as an executive assistant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advocate for your assigned patients, engaging with them regularly
  • Ensure a superior medical care experience for each patient
  • Communicate with patients in-person, via phone, and online as necessary
  • Foster a personal connection with patients throughout their long-term care
  • Represent Envita Medical Center as the primary point of contact for patients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Proactive approach to patient care, with the ability to foresee and address potential issues
  • Empathy towards patients, particularly those in vulnerable situations, along with a willingness to provide support
  • Emotional resilience is crucial, as you will assist individuals facing significant health challenges
