This role is part of our Industrials team, where you'll be instrumental in expanding the presence of Catalant experts across multiple departments within a targeted portfolio of named accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal conversion and project extensions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, identifying tailored solutions to address clients' pressing business challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive engagement plans incorporating high-value stakeholders, communication strategies, and activities to foster long-term relationships.
  • Engage clients early in their planning phases to position Catalant as a key enabler in successfully executing their strategic initiatives.
  • Create customized consulting solutions and expert talent aligning with clients' strategic goals. Present these solutions highlighting Catalant's unique value proposition.
  • Establish yourself as a strategic advisor and problem-solving partner to senior executives at the client, including C-level executives and VPs.
  • Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders across Catalant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-10 years of experience in sales, professional services, or consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in the industrials industry
  • Pipeline management expertise
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to engage clients at all levels
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the client community
  • Passion for helping businesses solve complex problems
  • Talent for working in a dynamic and demanding environment

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
