Estimated Salary Range
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $190,000 + commission + equity + benefits.

Job Description
The Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Slingshot Biosciences will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of client engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the East Coast to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with overall company goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Slingshot Biosciences' solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the East Coast to drive repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the biopharma industry.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
