About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Field Sales to lead our sales team in the Americas Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for accelerating growth of software and services sales results for your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Recruit, evaluate, train, and motivate a top-performing sales organization.
  • Set and track sales targets for your team and individuals, with a focus on achieving software and services sales quota.
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding into new accounts and markets.
  • Build an open-communication and growth-oriented environment for your team.
  • Assist in the development of the Americas regional go-to-market strategy, in cooperation with our Director, Marketing, Product Management, Learning and Enablement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in hiring and growing exceptional sales teams.
  • Enterprise sales experience interacting and partnering with the C-Suite of all various sized corporations, public/government entities.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale, and bringing a consultative sales process with proven ability to sell a value-based solution.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
  • Metrics-driven; highly disciplined process orientation.
  • Engaging leadership style that builds and sustains credibility with staff, colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
