Position Overview

Inizio Engage collaborates with a prominent Biotechnology firm, focusing on Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs sectors.

We are in search of a Healthcare Education Specialist to provide training to Infusion Center personnel regarding the administration of a therapy for Alzheimer's disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver educational sessions to healthcare professionals and support staff in the designated disease area using client-approved materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards set by the client and Inizio management.
  • Attend and complete mandatory training and competency assessments in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties promptly.
  • Maintain professional licensing as required by state regulations.
  • Participate in local and national meetings to stay updated on developments and share best practices.
  • Maintain company equipment and materials according to company guidelines.
  • Be available during working hours to address inquiries and perform necessary tasks.
  • Possess a valid United States driver's license and report any infractions immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a current state license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in infusion therapy.
  • Preferred: Experience in neurology.
  • Experience as a clinical educator in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse groups, including physicians and nursing staff.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the designated area and attend meetings as necessary.
