Position Overview

This role emphasizes the importance of nurturing and developing client relationships while identifying new business prospects to enhance our market presence. The selected individual will play a crucial role in promoting brand visibility within their designated sales regions, focusing on establishing and maintaining valuable partnerships in the premium wood flooring, cladding, and tile sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients within the Bay/San Francisco Area.
  • Build and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customers, fellow territory representatives, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
  • Engage in weekly regional sales meetings with the Chief Executive Officer and relevant sales personnel.
  • Actively pursue revenue growth within assigned territories.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in flooring, architecture, or building materials.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Architecture and Design communities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong self-discipline, with a commitment to follow through and fulfill responsibilities.
