Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Recruiting Assistant to join our team at SummitHR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments and assisting with recruitment efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post to job boards, publications, and colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates through database, social media, and other channels
  • Schedule and conduct interviews through phone, online video, and in-person
  • Coordinate and track all office equipment service calls
  • Research, compile data, and prepare reports for senior management
  • Assist with travel arrangements and set up and coordinate meetings and conferences

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience working in general office and recruiting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and customers
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with number reconciliation and proofing
